One of Merriam Webster's definitions for "odd" is: differing markedly from the usual or ordinary or accepted; peculiar.
Most of us don't think of ourselves as "odd" characters. We like to think of ourselves as "normal", like everyone else (I said most!).
While it's true we're to live our lives in "quietness", it's also true that as Christians we are a "peculiar" people. [1 Thess. 4:11, Titus 2:14]
What follows is a list of "odd" Bible characters with their Bible verses that I think we used for a Bible Jeopardy game many years ago. Hopefully the list can be of some use to you for a lesson or a game or to encourage you to be a little more "peculiar" in your walk among those in the world.
